Dunno why you mention that time, but if I have to try remembering something... I think the slidebar (Conan,Kogoro,Ran, etc) was changed with DCTP users at that time.

Until then, the average number of posts/day on DCTP had been rising constantly for quite a while. Since then, it has been dropping and continues to even now. Back then, we had about 6 times as many posts per day compared to now.
