Also: Before commenting on "whoa man the BO got all these new abilities but the town didn't", that's the point. The BO won't necessarily have as many players this round as in previous rounds.

but really, it won't be all that much less. Though the BO has a lot more options now with the new abilities, it only amounts to an extra ability a night, so it probably won't be *that* much of an upgrade for them. Though, with being able to shoot detainees for free, things might go a little further in their favor as well.

less bo means that the GM will gave them a boost! and playing will be more challenging!!! and it gave the town a room for miss lynch too!

Round 25 Special Ability
This round, being GMed by Akonyl, has a special passive ability that applies to all characters in the game to encourage voting.

Lethargy
- Any player who does not vote to lynch during the Day, while otherwise able to, will become "lethargic" until the end of the next Day phase.
- Players who are Lethargic are apparently too lazy to vote, and are thus unable to vote even if they want to. :V
- If you don't vote due to being arrested, frightened, lethargy, etc, you won't become lethargic the next day. So, a player who never votes will be lethargic on Day 2, 4, 6, etc.

this also will affect the traveler! because if every one must vote and cant abstain, then the traveler is revealed!!!

it's not an activity thing, if players are inactive the GM can arrest them anyway. I just don't want a repeat of round 13, where due to so few people voting there were a million tie votes.

so yeah, abstaining from the vote is the same thing. And it's not like you can't still abstain, because the first few days your vote probably won't matter as much as at the end of the game. :V

That's a fair point about the travelers, though. Although they could still be in Japan by Day 1 and I can guarantee you not everyone will be voting, for the traveler's sakes, I'll make it so that all players can abstain from voting one time without bein lethargic.

this make people to actively vote. ( we never have this kind of rules before and it WILL bring a new experience and fun round )
