Black impact: Kir's episode where Conan first met Kir and discovered that she's a BO member by accidentally planting a bug in her shoe. Anyway, BO was sending Chianti, Korn, and Kir to kill someone but due to Conan's influence, the plan failed, obviously. Then Gin discovered the bug and deducted that it was Kogorou who had planted the bug so he and other members went after Kogorou. Thankfully, Akai was there and he shot the bug and also shot Gin as well. Oh, and Kir got injured and the FBI now has her.

425 wasn't a stellar episode, but I didn't like 208 too much either. I'll go with 425 for the sniping scene.

I do agree, the story was a bit boring in my opinion..
But it was still an important BO case (+ Akai and Gin are in it) so it get the vote!
Would have voted for Black Impact anyways.
