I can only recall once in Ireland when I slipped really close to the edge of a really high cliff, but one of the locals managed to stop me. Fun times.

Aside from that I can't really remember anything that would have really killed me.

Don't think so, no. I've been hurt pretty badly several times, and got some wounds I might have died from due to blood loss if they hadn't been attended, but I don't really think that counts.

Let's see.

There was this time I got hit by a tram, apparently flew, like, 10m and hit the ground with my head first. (Tram took way more damage than me, though.)

Then the time when I almost got overrun by a car (that one was not my fault) as a small kid.

And, when I was even younger, I fell off a tree, only a meter or so, but fell on a spot on my side that made me unable to breathe out. It started working again just before I lost conciousness, later I learned that you can die from that if it doesn't randomly decide to go back to normal. No idea how often that happens.

Guess I'm a cat or something, 6 more lives to go XD

Gotten knocked by cars a few times, but they were never going fast enough to do any real damage. It wasn't always accidental on my part. High school was not a place I wanted to go.

Hmmm, I think two times were you could count it.

Once I was almost hit by a car while riding a bike.
Another time I had really low blood sugar that I lost consciousness and had an attack.
