Gonna go with bad.

I would like to say Brits drive like this but honestly it varies from region to region so I'll go for average.

Went with #1, but it might also be #2. However, compared to other countries, Germans seem to be driving well. I mean, we're the only country in the world that can afford to have no general speed limit on autobahnen

^^^^^^^^^^^^ I've nearly been run over trying to get off my street before. (I live in the suburbs, so this is actually significant.)

At first I was all like "huh, why wouldn't I just download the english drivers?"

Usually I'd say "good", but the particular street that I live on sees to sap the driving skills of anyone who turns onto it... nobody ever uses their turn signals, everyone runs the red lights, people turn corners at high speed... it's better than Kolkata, at least.

I'm gonna say average.
I live in an area with people from other countries and states (including NJ, who I heard aren't very good drivers (no offense to anyone :x))

But it depends, like the other day, some guy just had to pass the car in front of him. So he got in front of me right as I about to start moving. He did it so fast O_O
