It is a Coq au Vin (Chicken braised in red wine) dish. Made just an hour ago.

I think I've never tried Coq au Vin. But it should be tasty, maybe a little like boeuf bourguignon.
Beer and alcohol in cooking is good most of the time.
I remember we made some waffles and the liquid ingredient was beer, those were yummy ^^

So, I was really bored, and started looking through some pictures.
I remembered this thread and decided to post some pics of dishes (specially desserts :3) from contests or restaurants I've been to and/or worked at.
I love food!!!
