What's the best media player in PC
What's the best player you have used by far? I have used VLC media player but it load very slowly when I open the file I wanted to play and jump to a certain time frame.
When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

I use GOM for any videos and iTunes for music.

for some reason I've become accustomed to zoomplayer
also, make sure to get cccp if you're not using VLC, because you'll probly need the codecs (VLC uses its own built in ones so you might not have em)

Tell that to all of the video files that use multiple voice/subtitle tracks. I always have to run those in VLC to switch between the tracks.Vylash wrote: media player classic + cccp = all you need

I've taken a liking to the English version of PotPlayer. I'd highly recommend it.

For the vast majority of people, I recommend VLC. It gets the job done, doesn't create any sort of codec issues or need any real configuration. Install and play, that's it.

Yeah, I'd say VLC is probably the best 'vanilla' media player (does that term even apply to media players?
). I should try windows media player + cccp though, I've heard good things about it from a few different people.

Media Player Classic with K-Lite Codec Pack. Definitely. It plays everything. Used that for years and hasn't failed me even once.
VLC is also very good, but I find it a bit hard to operate

VLC is the best and easiest, if your PC can handle it. If it's not fast enough (or a .midi :x), Media Player Classis + CCCP.
