I delete obvious spam but open everything else, because unopened mail nags at me like a loose tooth.

Yes. I'm just sometimes a perfectionist that way, I can't stand an unopened mail.

I delete spam, and read everything else. Then again, with a rate of ~0.5 non-spam-mails/day, that isn't exactly hard
