@Thebes dudes: How come I  never learned about these guys? They are so very cool. What kind of records do we have (like is it just official documents and stuff, or did people chronicle their achievements in a more narrative way)?

Also, was it a requirement that they be married, or could you be single? What if your partner died while you were still enlisted?

1.) Because you don't listen to me.

2.) I believe they did the Immortal system (always consist of the same number of forces). I'm not sure what happen to those who lost their husband, but the point of having it be couples was that everything would be based on surviving as or dying ass a couple
