Damn it, it's hard to decide. I'll go with Bambi's mother, though.

Simba's father, because out of the two I actually recognize, it's the only one I can vaguely recall how he died.

It wasn't even Mufasa's death so much as Simba's reaction. "HEEEEEEEEEELP! SOMEBODY! Anybody... help..." *Simba sobs and so do I*

Although Bambi's mother's death was pretty sad, Mufasa's was sadder. I mean, for one thing, you actually see his death. And have you seen what follow's the mom's death? Wth? >_>

I don't even remember my reaction to seeing Mufasa die first, so I can't really say for him.

looked up Kerchack though and I totally remember sobbin my eyes out as a kid for him so I'll go with that.

Yeah, that threw me off in that movie. It went directly from "Your mother is DEEEAAAAD" to "everyone is horny and the plot twist is that the highly effeminate skunk is the first to get a girlfriend". It's a good movie, but I needed a neck brace for the mood whiplash.
