Don't worry, from what I hear, she's running in the next election.

The obvious answer is zilch if you live in the US.

Assuming you include chancellors (which is the equivalent of a prime minister in Germany), one (re-elected once so far), the current one (Angela Merkel).
Of the presidents (which are purely representative since 1949), all have been male, though. We might well get a woman in there too, though, once we get a male chancellor again
