No, English comes naturally for me. Translating what I'm saying to Hebrew or from Hebrew is actually pretty difficult because the languages are very different and often there might not even be a proper Hebrew translation to what I'm saying.

My Spanish is absolutely horrible so I should probably say 3, but even when I took Spanish in college and actually knew some of it, I didn't translate it in my head.

I'm not fluent in any other language, though I've studied French and Latin. Picked option 3.

I'm still learning Spanish, so sometime I translate it in my head. When speaking Chinese, I don't, because I've been speaking it since I was a child.

I don't remember enough of French to do so, and I don't yet know enough Japanese to do so either.

Somewhere between yes and no. Mandarin (and also Hokkien) for the most part comes naturally but I do catch myself wondering what the word is and say it in English. When it comes to Malay however it's the opposite. I'd have to think of it in English then translate it but it's weird because the order of the words tend to be opposite :x

I don't think I've ever translated in my head while
speaking. Reading, perhaps, but not speaking.

No, it would take too much time to do that, especially when speaking with people!
