Vaporeon.

Flareon is only slightly ahead of it for the pure fact that it's a fire type.

I actually really like all of the others.

I like all of the Eeveelutions... I chose Umbreon based purely on attack set. *hides behind a shield*

Leafeon, because I'm not particularly fond of grass-types.

I don't care much for Flareon from a battle standpoint.  It doesn't hold up well compared to most other fire types I like to use.  I like all the other eevee evolutions.
