I'll go with Israel for the sake of this poll. Very rarely.

Colorado.. hmm... if you count wildfires, I guess it would be about once a year or so, but I'm not really sure.

Where I used to live was just barely close enough to the coast to get bad storms whenever a hurricane went through and got tornadoes every once in a while (including that big wave of tornadoes back in spring last year), but current area? I've yet to hear of anything but thunderstorms, and I don't consider those to be natural disasters. :-\

Rarely.  Even if we get hit with tornadoes, they're usually not totally devastating.

I'll go with ~once a year. They're usually not very serious, but they'er still hurricanes when they get up here, so :P

there was also that earthquake this year, but that never happens ever.

It's just that in the last 15 years: an earthquake that I never felt.

Never. Central Europe is pretty much as safe as you can get. In fact, flooding is pretty much the only disaster possible with any significant frequency (tornadoes do exist - roughly 1 per 1'000'000 km² per decade, and usually weak ones :x).
