Well, I can easily lie about things that bare no consequence to anyone. But when it comes to lies on stuff that actually matter, a lot of the times I make it a bit obvious (which is why I don't really do that anymore).
So I give myself 2. I can lie, but I also kinda suck at it.

Given that I'm free of murder charges, I'd say pretty good.

Better than people give me credit for, 3.5 or so.

I was great at it as a kid because I had to prevent my mother from killing me over not being perfect :x I even organized what she'd hear from others, without anybody else knowing.
But at some point I guess I decided to not use it to full extent anymore. Often I more or less knowingly add in flaws that make the lie obvious because I feel better that way. And by now I should have forgotten much of the skill.

Very, very bad.

Actually pretty good.  I give myself a 4 since I don't do it on a grand scale, ala a politician.  The key is to tell the truth, but omit or tweak one detail.

Probably a 1 or so.

Lying is a key part of life, which is too bad, because I am not very good at lying.

I don't really like to lie in the first place, but whenever I do lie, I have to be completely out of sight from the person in question because you can see it on my face... so I guess 1.
