I don't mean a documentary TV show, I mean (for example) a drama about the current happenings of the continent, with characters and such (doesn't have to be a drama. Could also be a comedy, tragedy etc.)

Asia has the Middle East, Russia and the Far East, so it seems to me like the most interesting choice with many possible plot lines topics.

There's the show about the penguins of Madagascar as well

Not sure...Europe or Asia, I guess.
