I went with 14 because that was the movie that really didn't feel it belonged to me :V Did anyone die in that movie? ...Did any real bombs go off? They were there, I remember that, but I don't remember any going off. ...All I remember clearly is laughing, which I like, but it's generally bad if I don't remember pretty much anything about a movie

I almost said 15, but then I remembered they weren't really OOC, just ridiculous. So I went with 13, because BO in a Helicopter shooting at Tokyo Tower... yeah, that'd ever happen.

Far from the correct answer, but Haibara being a parody of herself in movie 5 is the only example that pissed me off.

yeah, as others have said, the ending of 13 is pretty "uhhhhhh", as awesome as it may be.
