Arabic Wikipedia isn't that limited, but I don't find reading long Arabic texts easy and I can't type in Arabic, so no, I only use the English Wikipedia.

just go to the front page of wikipedia, it mentions how many articles a good few of the languages have. Like, English has 3.8mil articles, while the Polish wiki only has 874k.

I usually use the german. If it doesn't have the article I want (or it is very short) I also read the english. I only start with the english when I get a link that is in english (but I often swith to german anyway)
