first and second definition say it needs intent to deceive, so that trumps the third definition imo \o/

The third definition is still there, though, so it counts. Therefore, yes, you did lie.

Also, since you're using twisted logic, so will I: definitions 1 + 2 claim intent, 3 does not. 1+2=3, therefore 3 is as valid as both 1 and 2 combined, and also more valid than either of them by themselves. V:

A 1 and a 2 isn't always the same as a 3 though! If this was golf, and I got a 1 on one hole and a 2 on another, it'd be a lot better than than you getting a 3 on one hole.
