
What's the problem? Can anyone help me?

I might be misunderstanding ya, but it sounds like it should be the exact opposite of what you said.
If another computer can't connect to his computer, his computer would be the problem, not the wireless, and if it can connect, then his laptop's wireless is fine and it's the router that's failing.
edit: Also, try directly accessing your router via an ethernet cable and whatever IP it uses (google your brand/model to find out) and try to set up the network again. Also, did you have a password on the network?
