This.  It's not like they're all constantly annoying or anything, but in general boys (and girls) don't ever totally stop being annoying.

18 years old (same for girls), when they can legally be thrown out of the house. :P

On a more serious note, I'd say 7. But they become even more annoying a few years later when they reach puberty.

Well, definitely not 3, since that's about when they really start being annoying. :P

I dunno, but it's sometime after age 12, definitely. :P

Depends on how you define "annoying" for yourself, and depends on which individual as well, some boys don't stop, some did, some never started being annoying in the first place... soooo....

Little boys are cute. Teenage boys are the most annoying thing on the face of the earth. Especially the ones who think Lynx actually smells good.

I don't think Lynx is that bad (and I typed Lynz twice XD) My sister's bf who used to live with us used it and maybe I just got used to it...

My little brother wears it and it's RANK. Also, he's living proof that little boys get more annoying as they grow up.
