I don't have any trouble at all with English.  I wouldn't say it's 100 percent perfect, but that's the option that's closest.

This isn't the point. It's not about whether you're good or bad in english or if you have troubles with any of the subjects above, it's about your most common mistakes.

I understand that much.  I don't notice my mistakes right away, and rarely later, so I honestly don't know.

Probably...grammar? Punctuation? Both are tied for me. I guess I'll go with punctuation since I occasionally forget to write a period or something. But grammar is definitely a close second.
