I don't understand when you guys say you use Chrome for the speed.  My mom uses it, and it's about 10x slower than Firefox for me.  Maddening, really.

I'm pretty sure when I encountered a PDF on the internet it told me to click a button and so I did and it downloaded a pdf reader and ever since I haven't had to download pdfs anyway

It might vary for different people. My Chrome is faster than my Firefox...though it does depend on how many people are on it at that time in the area.

Chrome for me, though I used to be all for Firefox.
