I'm guessing you mean hummus the food and not humus the soil type, but flute anyway.

I would go with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Since this is something that everyone has heard in the news, it would be nice to have a balanced and unbiased presentation explaining how it all started and how it came to its current situation so that others would have a clearer idea of what's going on.
