That is a failure of modern society.  There is no reason for a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old to be parents.

the 14 and 15 year old look amazingly ugly/mentally challenged.

*wants to make a stereotypical joke about "bloody French"*

I'm just gonna settle for saying that the teenaged parents are honestly some of the ugliest people I've ever seen. Especially the girl's blatantly caked-on face. That poor kid is getting shit genes.

the parents aren't the best looking people around, but I feel like they would look 100x better if they learned some sense of fashion. Like, if you have a fivehead, don't show it off, bangs are your friend.

Oh, right... I kinda assumed they were since the article is in french. I can't read a word of it.

Teenage years aren't exactly the years where people look the best. Now of course you won't make a racehorse out of a wooden ass, but in a few years' time maybe these two will no longer look like 2 Quasimodos who have been run over by a truck

Maybe less oompa-loompa makeup and some bangs might help. Seriously, growing out some bangs over that ridiculous forehead would do her a world of good. Making her face the same colour as her neck would be a bonus.

Funny how we focus more on the parents than the 29 year old grandpa who's supposed to be the center of the article. Maybe I should change the title... :P
