The only ones I recall hearing of are:
New Year's Day
Children's Day
Health and Sports Day

If Culture Day is that thing that schools have all of those activities, then that too.

health and sports day because a lot of school-themed manga and anime have chapters or episodes about it when the characters would compete among one another in a series of sports games!
