First option, I suppose. My mom doesn't like how cold Canada is in the winter, so we've travelled a lot.

Every holiday season I go to where my parents live Mexico. However before it was holidays and my birthday.  although I would like to add another place I could go to for the holidays/whenever I can

Define "home country"; I have a choice of two. That should also tell you all you need to know about how often I travel.
