I'm not sure if Britain has "cuisine", and I live here. There's fish 'n' chips, bangers 'n' mash, and in Scotland, haggis, a vast number of pies and anything ever deep-fried. And neeps 'n' tatties.
A British dish is anything with "'n'" in the middle.
