Then we still have 2 years! If it's coming, then no one can stop it, right? If that were true, (I don't believe in this. Like what profparanoia said, the calendar will just return to 0, the starting point. and that's that. It may or may not mean the apocalypse. It may not even be true after all.) rather than spending these 2 years worrying I'd rather spend these 2 years enjoying since we're gonna die in 2 years anyway. And again, if that were true. Which isn't very likely, considering the vast number of predictions in the past of which none came true.

Actually, according to the Mayan calendar, the calendar would just get to too high a number and start again at 0... like a European clock.

True... rumors say that a vast ship is being constructed in the mountains of Tibet china which will have fore sections and before the apocalypse hits prolific and influentials and intellectuals will be sent to that ship....the ship would be highly advanced and could withstand the atrocities of the apocalypse.....the influential people would only get a chance to be saved and the common people will be left to die.....the influentials would then help to construct a new world after the end of the  era in order to prevail human life on earth the whole earth will drown ...
the best part is if you want to be saved and get into the ship you will have to buy the ticket to ship first which costs 98 million per person a bit costly i guess.......!!!!!
