American, Italian, Mexican.

:) I had tamales for lunch today and they were awesome.  I always love Italian food, and American covers such a wide variety, it's hard not to choose it.

My favorite in the following:
Italian: Chicken Alfredo with Breaded Chicken, Parmesan Pasta with Breaded Chicken, Pizza
Chinese: I really love Chinese Dim Sum. I like noodles like Mein Fun and Lo Mein too.
Japanese: Eel Roll or Eel with Rice. Other Sushi.

I voted Chinese, Indian, and Thai, though "Chinese" and "Indian" are both insanely broad options.
