I think a volcano could probably do the most damage, seeing as how it's has so many things that could kill you with it (lava, the ash, a tree falling on you from being burnt)

I'm scared of tornadoes, and I've seen what they can do firsthand, unlike the others. So I picked that one even though the others are more large-scale.

Then, when it comes to absolute maximum disaster, I'd say earthquake. However, when you combine the commonness and damage of tornadoes, they do more damage so I'll go with them.
