I met up with some old friends today, and one of them (let's say... Bill) mentioned that he'd talked to the ex-girlfriend of a guy I was friends with back in high school (let's say... Joe). Bill asked how Joe was doing and stuff, and apparently at some point it was mentioned that Joe referred to me as being his "best friend". Only thing is, I've hardly talked to the guy at all in the past 4 years, aside from a sentence every few months on Facebook and like, some WoW we played freshman year of college.

I mean, I still like the guy and all, but even in high school I wasn't all that close to him because we hardly did stuff out of school together so it's sorta odd to hear that he thinks of me like that after all this time. I mean on the one hand, it's sorta flattering, but at the same time makes me feel sorta depressed. :/
