I haven't watch all of Bambi either, though I remember thinking 'this is boring'(I was probably still fairly young when I watched it, probably about 3 or 4)

Yeah, I agree, most of the movies recently are... bleh.(Though, I absolutely LOVE Meet the Robinsons and Enchanted, and Toy Story 3.)

Lion King, oh how I love that movie and it's sequel. I actually saw the musical on Broadway on Tour, and it was fantastic.

..... Damn you Eve, just damn you.

Toy Story 3 was about as perfect was a movie could be. The little kid I was sitting next to didn't seem to find it as funny or sad as I did (he kept staring at me whenever I started laughing or crying), but I guess a good half of TS3 was aimed at those kids who'd grown up with the previous two and were now, like Andy, late teens or young adults undergoing major changes in their lives...

(Mom cried the worst when Andy's mom was having a breakdown in his empty room, because in a few months, that'll be her.)

I have never actually seen that movie in full. The only time I've seen it was actualyl fairly recently, and my friends who were watching it with me kept talking over it and making stupid comments. Then turned it off to play Mario Kart. So i've never gotten the full emotional impact of that scene, but it makes me want to cry just imagining it. (Must get the DVD.)

That movie made me cries every time.... :;(

Watch it and weep b/c I just did :(

Never seen it. I've never been too fond of the Disney sequels. I mean, c'mon, "Happily Ever After" mean nothing?

Me neither. :-\ Heard it was really good though.

About Bambi: That movie used to make me sad. However, a guy I work with has made it to where I can't watch that movie without cracking up and thinking about him. :-\ (He basically just over-analyzed the little details, like why the hunter was hunting deer and quail at the same time with the same gun when it wouldn't really work out too well (something about exploding quails), and why would there be a baby deer in Winter, since that just doesn't happen, and why would the hunter shoot Bambi's mother when they see that she's with the baby. Yeah, he's a hunter.)

I'm not a big fan of the sequels in general either (Mulan 2 was EPIC FAIL, for example), and I didn't care for what I saw of Lion King 1 1/2, but Lion King 2 was one I actually really enjoyed. And Toy Story 2 wasn't completely horrible.

technically, it's not the sequels, it's everything in between, so 1 1/2 was not bad :P

The Toy Story trilogy is a rare exception. I hope you get to see TS3, it's absolutely beautiful.

Best not to overanalyze most movies XD (You should have heard one of my friends, studying biology and geography, going on about the wildlife visible in "The Lion King", not least their rant about how it's only the dominant male in any pride of lions that fathers children, which probably makes Simba and Nala half-siblings... yeah, one of those many things it's best not to think about.)

WHAT????!!! HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE IT? EVERY PERSON OF OUR GENERATION SAW IT.
Spoiler:
I started to cry when Jessie and the others were about to be burst into flames and they held eachother's hands. D:

AKUMAMATTATA MEANS NO WORRIES.

Also:
THE CLAAAAAAAW.

@Phoenix: I like Mulan 2, actually. Even though it didn't have Will Smith in it it was still good.

Very much so XDXDXD

BTW, it's "Hakuna Matata", not "Akumamattata" XD

I've watched Mulan 2, and I think it's good. But maybe I'm just being bias coz' the English singing voice of Mulan is a Filipino :)

I really do want to see it! I just never got a chance while it was in theaters. :(

Yeah, I knew about the Simba and Nala being half-siblings things. XD Makes me want to go back and find out just how much of the Disney movies are completely illogical. :P

Something about Mulan 2 just really, really made me hate it. Don't remember what it was exactly. I've only seen it once, and I don't intend to sit through it again.
