and fun fact.. the elephant like to eat a whole durian.. and then let it go in their feces !!! and the durian that  came from elephant shit.. is very sweet and tasty. but please .. wash it before you open the skin!

If nobody can't yet convince you about the deliciousness of this fruit, probably trying out the "durian gajah," or the elephant's durian could turn you into a believer. This is the kind of durian that is swallowed in whole by an elephant, and after being ripened (and probably hormonally treated) through the animal's digestive system, is secreted out along with its feces. The resulting fruit is delicious beyond description.. Too bad it's not as easy to come by as the luwak coffee, which has a similar story with this type of durian, since elephants are becoming increasingly rare in the country. But i never heard that traditional meal, I guess that's because i was born and raised in Jakarta..

Basically, the ingredients are coconut milk + chili pepper + Tuna fish + nearly rotten Durian to creates a thick and sweet broth..

What other way to phrase it? Yes, there are many weird delicacies and I've heard about the luwak beans before but TWO delicacies that have to be digested by an animal beforehand? Seriously?
