I don't know if it's the scariest, but it's up there:
one time, I got out of my bed and was like "oh man I still have that fever" so I went to the bathroom and took my temperature. It was normal, but as soon as I looked at myself in the mirror, blackness started fizzling into my vision until my legs gave out and I collapsed to the floor, completely blind. Not "it was hard to see" blind, I mean I was quite literally blind. I was unable to stand, and my arms were unbelievably weak as well, and I ended up having to crawl downstairs (crawling down a flight of stairs is unpleasant), feel my way along the walls and make my way into the family room, where my parents sounded quite confused as to wtf I was doing. Thankfully, I had the idea that this was somehow related to dehydration, so after yelling at my dad to get me a glass of water ("Why can't you get it yourself?" "JUST GET ME THE WATER") and drinking it, my vision fizzled back and I was alright. Once I explained the whole "oh sorry I was busy being BLIND AND HYSTERICAL" thing, they made me take a water bottle to school in case it happened again, though I really didn't need one.
Oh, also, moving from "I'm going to die" scary to "I'm gonna get arrested" scary, one night I also almost destroyed someone's garage with some friends of mine by accident. The owners of that house were probably very confused when they woke up in the morning with a giant wooden spool in their front yard. There are few times that I've ran that fast for that long.
