I've yet to actually
crossdress wear it, it's just a hand-me-down from my dad who wore it to a wedding once and had since grown out of.
So it's an actual high-quality kilt (maybe even with your family's tartan?) and not just some tourist crap like mine?
And people trying to look up your kilt is more common than you think - especially at weddings with lots of drunken women.
it is indeed an actual kilt, though I believe the fabric is of a slightly lighter grade than most kilts.
and that is true about drunkenness, but I've yet to be to a scottish wedding so I've yet to actually find out for myself.
