Probably 6 because that's the team max. As for the scar, I doubt it'll be that noticeable, it looks like he just got it done so it hasn't healed yet.

The scar doesn't look like it will go away even in the future or heal. Dx. I don't know, maybe it might.  Imagine if he puts his arm on the table... what kind of wierd feeling must he be experiencing. .

after surgery you can get some pretty nasty looking stiches, but it tends to go away pretty well. I guess only time will tell, not that it'll make the whole thing look any better.
