Well, if you wanted to, you have to solve it:

"One day a chemist had to heat up a highly explosive liquid exactly 11 minutes for a test, . He found in his chemistry lab, two sand clocks: one was 3 minutes, the other was 7 minutes. Can he really heat up the liquid for exactly 11 mins with those to sandclocks? And if... how?"

Well, if you wanted to, you have to solve it:

First, start both clocks. After the 3-min one has finished, start heating. After the 7-min one has finished, restart it. When it finishes again, stop heating.
