Yup, I saw that one, it's kinda hard to miss ^^ I couldn't visit unfortunately, because I had my cabin luggage with me, I didn't find any lockers around the station, so I had to put the "big one" to a company for 7 freaking pounds, for one luggage!!!!!
I also visited the garden on princes street, they are so colorful! I also took in photo the front on the old building of the University. and took a few things uphill, but I didn't walk to the castle, it was too far. And the weather was lovely, I had a very good afternoon.

You've had lucky timing, it's been gorgeous all week. The forecast for next week is snow. (No, really. No, really. And it's not exactly unbelievable that it could snow, at that.)

iirc I went in that when I was in Edinburgh, but it was a really rainy day so the entire thing was just a giant staircase/waterfall that made me feel like I was gonna slip and fall down the whole thing :V

Yeah, I saw that about the weather...we might get snow-raining where I'm living now. I was so happy in France, in T-shirt, and sunglasses!

Finally got my first delta glider licence \o/
(which basically allows me to start the next course, but still... :) )
Also, I had a wonderful and sunny week in France, including flying a bit, climbing, Kajaking, and climbing down a huuuuge cave.

(Btw, it snowed round here the day before yesterday. That made sure I didn't forget April 1st ^^)

That does happen XD Walking around the Old Town during rain can be a slippery hell.

Spent an hour Facebook chatting with one of my monks from last year :) It's so great to hear from them!

I think everything is decided now, so I'll just say it. I have a job! :D Albeit it is just for four months but still, also they contacted me, not the other way around. Papers are signed and everything, so I think nothing is gonna happen *knocks on wood*.

Saw a bunch of people at a club last night that I haven't seen since high school. Got lots of squealing over my hair, which is shorter than it ever was ever in high school, and generally chatted much more to them last night than we did in the six years that we were incarcerated together. That's the thing about high school, you hardly ever really meet people there. Everyone there just wants out.
