T.T
Also as a side-effect my lower jaw seems to have been squared off more than it was, which is upsetting. I liked the shape of my jaw before, I don't want a square jaw. Hopefully it is just swelling...
I will probably end up crashing someplace odd.... ~_~*

I go to the gym three times a week, I walk everywhere, I do the warmup workout devised by my Drama Society captain at least once a day. It just doesn't take very well with me, so she refuses to believe that I exercise, which makes me feel depressed enough that I just want to eat a pack of minirolls and that feeling is probably why no matter how much I exercise I don't lose weight very well.

Honestly, the way I see it is this: if you're okay with yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about you. (This applies to both physical and mental/emotional/non-physical aspects.)
A motivational speaker I am not, but that's my opinion on the matter.
That is normally the frame of mind I try to keep myself in, a "I'm only size 14, I'm not doing my health any damage, I'll keep exercising because it's good for me but it's not like I'm horrific", which I can hold together just fine until having one conversation with my mother >_>nomemory wrote:Last few days, not nice. Day before yesterday we had someone fainting in the train. It all ended well, but not really pleasant. And then I got my period, very painful and I started having this ringing noise in my ears and feeling faint. Two hours after that my throat hurts together with the general feeling of having a cold. At work the next day I got a report that a guy was feeling unwell too. Luckily we had a doctor at the train who checked him out and suspected he had taken drugs. Lovely. But it went well. And the cold just got worse and worse. And today I have a constant faint feeling and the ringing noise in my ears so I had to call in sick.
