Anime and Manga Time

Postby arielrachel0527 » July 27th, 2010, 8:16 am

Since I realized that many of you guys have watched a lot of anime and read a lot of manga, I'm just curious to see how much time everyone spends on reading manga/watching anime per week. Just give a rough estimate and cast your vote will be fine. You don't have to calculate the exact time, but if you wish to do so, feel free to do that.

Hard to tell, I don't keep track. DC is the only Manga I still buy, but I casually read various scanlations.  I don't watch many other animes, either, so I guess 6-10 might be fairly accurate if not way too much.

Probably 0-5. But I think I'm starting to watch anime 6-10 hours a week.

I only watch DCTP releases, so it is almost as I can't vote :P

Well, if I hypothetically had always something to watch, it will be more than a day for sure ;)

Well, there's a bunch of anime out there for you to watch and manga for you to read. XD I always feel like I don't have time for watching anime/reading manga.

The thing is, I'm semi-retired from Anime. I've seen lots of Animes in my childhood, and a few years ago I wasn't interested in watching new animes, just finish the old ones. My goal is almost achieved, since the only Anime left in my list is DC. So DC will be my last Anime of all :)

I lost interest in keep watching new animes, so decided to finish the old ones instead of keep looking for more. Maybe it's because the new Animes that reached here weren't good while the old ones were infinitely more awesome.

Yeah, I know you're from a Spanish-speaking country but I just don't know where. So that's why I randomly guessed America. And by the  way, I'm only 17 so I'm not married yet nor am I engaged. Calling me Mrs. is a bit too extreme, I would say. I'm not that old!! XD

Taking into account you know I speak Spanish, you could have guessed a little more Southern of America. Even Central America has lots of Spanish ;)
I wasn't aware of your age! I would have guessed 19 though xD

Haha you're right about the Spanish-speaking countries. Sorry about that.

Yeah, but Mrs. usually refers to people who are married. XD Whoa, you're really that old? Don't tell me that you're over 25 or something. I thought you're in your early 20s.

*stopsthequoting*
señora≠Mrs.
I'd recommend you just start using Ms., regardless of marital status or age.
Otherwise, I tend to agree with conia. The qualitiy of the anime we get on German TV has deteriorated. They aim for a younger and demographic. (and that's the polite version)

Exactly that. I consider Mr or Mrs for people above 18 years old, not for married people.
I'm 19, according to my profile ;)
