Sadly we still lack the resources. We do not have enough tea - we only have 370kg, yet we'd need about 1000kg -, we lack ammunition (7329kg/10000kg) and, most importantly, we lack lumber (13769kg/50000kg) and steel (45907kg/100000kg). Also, we do not have the necessary number of ships yet, especially transporters are scarce, which is partly due to the lack of lumber and steel. There are some other things we lack, but those are mostly of low importance and/or easy to achieve anyway, and we almost have the necessary amount (for all of them we have more than 90%).
Therefore, launching an invasion at the current time is not a good idea.
Most likely, we'll have enough steel and ammunition when BK returns, also we'll have about 85% of the lumber we need. The main problem is that tea is almost as fast consumed as we can acquire it, which is why I'm currently trying to increase tea production as much as possible.

Someone who should know I'm talking of dried tea here
1000kg should be the equivalent of about 250000 litres of tea. Which is about 1000000 cups of tea. So, even if no tea were to be produced during the operation, an you'd drink one cup of tea each minute, for twelve hours each day, tea wouldn't run out for two years.
Not to mention that that amount of tea is probably not healthy anymore ´
