No, it's not different. And alternate spelling of Alucard is Aluecard. Anyway, Draceula is pronounced the same as Dracula.

Dracula's source and name are not from the english, therefore, the rules of the original language apply to the name.
Americans tend to forget that though - Schwarzenegger should be pronounced as "Schvarzenegger" and not as "Schworzenegger"
Which reminds me that I need to contact the german embassy and finally correct my last name. otherwise, chances are that americans will "change" the way to pronounce my name as well
