Yes, you heard that right!
I am planning on making an original dating sim/visual novel based on the dctp community, which will contain characters based on our DCTP regulars (as well as non regulars and maybe Detective Conan characters as well, it's not sure yet)
However, scripts will need to be made, date-able and non date-able characters decided and naturally everything has to be drawn!

This, however, means I'll need help. I already have the means to start this, but I can't do it by myself.
So I'm asking for you guy's contribution: Background art, ideas, betas, etc!

Anyway, that's all, wish me luck
Notice: Whether or not you can date these characters has not been decided yet. I would like you guys to drop japanese names I can use for this game though. Keep in mind characters that will be on the date list will probably end up being OCs unless you want to be on there! These lists mainly tell you'll probably make an appearance.
If you really don't like being in this project, though, I'll take you off the list. Please also let me know if someone should be added.

My first thought upon seeing the topic title was, "What kind of weird new spam is this?" Then I saw who created the topic and figured it probably wasn't spam after all. Sounds interesting, but I can't draw to save my life, so I'm afraid I can't help much.

Off the top of my head, I would suggest the central conceit serving as the background to the story being a murder happening at DCTP High, with an ongoing series of crimes being at the heart of it. This allows for a great deal of interactions around a familiar subject (mystery solvin') and making it quite easy to work in various personages as suspects.

Also, on the topic of Japanese names: At some point, it's gonna be really hard to recognize who's who is who is who is who. I'd just use everyone's usual names and abbreviate them when necessary ("Slider", "Yuri", "Commi", etc). The names are unique enough to stand out and make sense in a visual novel sort of setting, I'd say.

Also-also, we need xpon in this and presumably with all of his speech being in the form of his usual posting manner.

You can easily make the excuse that everyone has a nickname or something! It'll be like 999! (note: I don't think it'll be like 999)
