Totally keyboard.
For mouse-type applications touch screens are really cool though. Zooming around and clicking multiple things is fun. I wanna play Starcraft on a touchscreen

For anything that isn't typing, a touchscreen. Unfortunately, typing on a touch screen is much worse than using a touch screen to do other stuff is better.
