You can't use 'vayamos' if you planned to use "Should(Deberíamos)", it changes the conjugation.
Estoy muy bien, pero creo que vayamos. should be: 'Estoy muy bien, pero creo que deberíamos irnos(Diferent conjugation)'

The biggest problem for native English speakers is to "forget" about the English when using the Spanish. A clear example:

Hola! Me llamo es Tommy. Yo hablo espanol pero yo no soy de Argentina.

This sentence is perfect, except for the 'es', as breva pointed out. This is because you translated from "My name is Tommy", see what I'm talking about now?

(I won't bother with the accents, I'm nitpicky with that but I leave non-native speakers out of it )
