I'm not sure I'm ready to say goodbye to Skam.

To think that a series that's basically about teenage girls could be that good.

Btw, there's a new melon bread store on teramachi dori, can be identified by the giant line in front of it, try it, these are delicious :D
Yep, internet cafes are quite nice really - mine didn't have a shower (had to go to the sento a lot, too bad really :V), but a nice booth for myself, the walls full of manga that I could have read for free if my Japanese didn't suck so much, free soup and coffee machines - if it wasn't for the cigarette smoke, it would be perfect.
*goes to find Yuri's Japan blog*
I'm there to study Japanese at a language school actually :). We just moved to Tokyo yesterday, so maybe I'll check that out some other time XD. And yeah, smoke sucks :V.
My blog is http://yuritojapan.tumblr.com, I'm a bit behind on updates because we didn't have WiFi yesterday, so I'll have some catching up to do.

It's hugely popular in Finland too, I haven't watched it, but it has lots of views

The show is about teenagers, and is also to a large extent aimed at that age group, so initially I was afraid that it would mostly be about silly stuff. That's how it usually turns out when it comes to television for that demographic, I guess. But people kept mentioning it, so I did give it a little look at some point, and it turns out it's pretty great. The show is actually not afraid to bring up important topics of our time, and deals with them in a serious way. On the whole I think the series is, in fact, more mature than most television shows aimed at adults.

Plus I warmed up to the Norwegian language. Well, I did a bit, anyway. Fordi helt serr, språket er faktisk ganske rart.

So I was watching something and I saw... something I'm really hesitant to say what but it made me reconsider the visual design of one of the characters in my comic at the last minute... I sent a description of what I'm after over to my artist and really hoping the redesign works. dunno why but my last minute changes that rely entirely on gut instinct usually work out well. Like my subconscious has already done the math and its waiting for me to catch up. I cant even remotely imagine in my mind how this character will look now but I want to know... does that sound weird to anyone? like its my character and I'm the one providing reference materials and all - I should have some idea but I just.... don't. alot of the times its just me telling my artist - yeah could you just take these random ass pictures and make something of them? I don't know what I want but I want it exactly like this.

So:
In December 2015 me and my family moved into an old brick home from the 1930s. We lived in that house until about August 2016, and then we moved back to the other house, since we failed to sell it.
And now yesterday, we moved BACK to that old brick house. Fortunately, most of the big stuff (like refrigerators and couches) has already been transferred over, so now the hard part's over with. Maybe just a few more days and we'll be completely done.
Now I just hope we don't move back again...

On an unrelated note, it's kind of amazing that you've only done 33 posts here.

I've been looking over the request system and the banlist. I dunno is there anything you'd add to this?

Edit: I also revamped the anime assault page and added episode 130 to it.
