Noooooooooooooo stop doing this. Nini and I beg you to stop putting us here D:
*pats Jecka* I know the feeling, although in my case it was post-Taekwondo graduation dinners rather than weddings where I'd get stuck in that same situation. :-X

Apparently, my group member who is doing most of the research on how to do such-and-such for our project is relying solely on Youtube videos, because otherwise I don't see how he missed the existence of another program that did what we needed much easier when all I did to find it was a completely basic Google search. :-X

Don't complain xD, recently I have been on my nephew's weeding. He put me on a corner of the table, and nobody around was drinking! I back very sober from this wedding... (in any case, I will mention that drinking alone is a symptom of alcoholism, and everybody tries not to drink alone, at least here where I live).
Pssh drinking is overrated. Honestly tho, I'm probably going to be the only 21 y.o. Who won't even touch a drop of alcohol except in medicine and wine from communion :V

Omm: Keeping on topic with the wedding, I am now 30% more deaf. Thank you DJ, I didn't need my ear drums or anything.

Ironically what very little alcohol I've had in my life I had before I turned 21.

So doomed. I'm trying to send in a different personal statement for one uni, but they want to know why and I'm not sure how to spin it :/. I know why, but how to say it in the right way or what to perhaps omit is something I'm clueless about and am probably overthinking.

I feel like my commentary will eventually no longer sound like real words and will just be gibberish to even me.

I discovered I like sake. Especially the Dry sake from Ozeki. It's really soft and doesn't taste too strong, so I can tolerate it. Guess I found the special occasion alcohol for me.

I hate this stupid fridge. The freezer is a smaller box within the larger box of the fridge, rather than a seperate door on top. It is not appropriately sized for a two-bedroom apartment. Sure, it would have worked fine in the first apartment I ever had, but that was a studio and I was living alone. (I didn't like living alone.) This stupid fridge is in a 2 bedroom apartment I share with two other people (Archi and Keeper). There is not enough space in the fridge for an adequete amoutn of food for 3 people. Also the handle is nearly at eye level for me--good thing I don't have any kids. Conan would not be able to open the fridge because of how high the handle is. I can see not letting a 2 or 3 year old kid get into the fridge on their own, but anyone over the age of 4 ought to be able to get into the fridge when they want to. Not that there's terribly much IN the fridge at the moment, because we haven't yet moved it down from the (larger!) fridge in the one-bedroom apartment on the third floor that we're in the process of moving out of. Mostly because we haven't figured out how to fit half the stuff in that fridge into the new (much smaller!) fridge downstairs. It all has to move out by Wednesday at the latest, though.
Moving in a rush isn't fun. We though we had more time, but it turns out that we do not. Or rather, we can have all month, but that would cost us an extra $500. Thus, we are scrambling to be out by Wednesday. Except for the fact that we can't get the internet changed over until Friday.
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.

The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

In my experience, your personal statement has to sound SUPER OVERCONFIDENT. You have to tell them that YOU ARE THE GREATEST PERSON EVER AND THEY SHOULD BE GODDAMN HONOURED FOR YOU TO GRACE THEIR UNIVERSITY. Tell them that YOU ARE SUPER PUMPED ABOUT [insert course here] AND IT IS LITERALLY YOUR ENTIRE LIFE AND YOU ARE OBSESSED WITH IT. Also, if there's room to do so, try and put a unique little flair into it. Possibly my drama course is more encouraging of that than other courses, but bear in mind that whoever at the University is reading the personal statements is going to read a metric shitton of them, and one that'll stick in their mind (in a good way!) will have a better chance of being remembered and accepted.

I mean, don't get too weird. I remember one of my lecturers telling us about (pre-UCAS) a guy sending in his personal statement attached to a lifesize cardboard cutout of himself. Admittedly, this being a drama lecturer, he was slightly more amused than freaked out and said he probably would have admitted the guy if his personal statement hadn't shown a truly tragic misunderstanding of how punctuation works.

...my day was made by the 'metric shitton'. That should very much be a valid unit.

It should be considered a crime to go up 6 in the morning. I've been awake for two hours, and I desperately want to go back to bed. I'll probably take a nap when I get back home

I'M SO STUPID.
Forgot a bracket.
Cost me dunno-how-many days.
Now let's see if it works with the bracket, or if the whole ok-ish result just happened because of the mistake. >.<

Edit: Yes. It still works. Yay! Maybe I can get some kind of results tomorrow :D
