Quite surprising, indeed! The director/co-writer has been living in America for like a decade now, so he was likely instrumental in ensuring all of the English lines were natural. Some of the delivery from the Japanese actors aren't Grade-A English, but the actual lines as written are all correct.

I hate that feeling when you have something in your mind but cannot let it out.

Got dragged to a horror movie, it was full of JUMPSCARES but I cupped my ears and sealed my eyes the whole duration. Man I really can't take horror.

So I finally got my hands on a DVD of the Royal Shakespeare's performance of MacBeth from the seventies with Sir Ian McKellen as MacBeth and Dame Judi Dench and Lady MacBeth and it's hella good

Also younger Ian McKellen is REALLY REALLY REALLY pretty. Damn.

Also also, twelve million acting points to Judi Dench for being a seriously scary Lady MacBeth and to both of them for having such intense, palpable sexual tension even though McKellen is hella gay.

What's it doing to you now? I haven't used it in four years but I remember it being ridiculously hard to navigate. Like, I feel like just figuring out how to use the damn site should be an intellectual feat worthy of admission to any university.

Argh, the internet is being so slow. Also lots of ow because migraine. Fraking migraine.
I definitely want to see the Lupin live-action movie, because I loved the Ruroni Kenshin live-action movie. I will have to find a way to watch Lupin. If it actually came out in theaters anywhere around me I would be ecstatic. Also I would happily find the money for full-price tickets and drag someone along. Probably Archi, because Date Night is a thing that needs to happen more often.
I am almost done with the squares of the blanket I'm making for my sister-in-law as a wedding present. There's two rounds left on the last square. Then I just have to stitch the squares into strips, stitch the strips together, and add the border.
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.

The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

So in my first semester I was in a free improv class, which was pretty fun and great and gave me a lot of tools. The professor seemed overly sensitive, but the problem was that he probably faked some of it.

Long story short, he sent me a facebook message today, practically asking me to buy his CDs and to vote for him in some school related thing. The thing is, the message didn't even contain my name in it (and was very not "personal"), so I'm positively certain he sent the same message to all of his ex students. I don't mind the shamelessness (even though he's a professor), but this supports even more my thought that he faked his "sensitive guy" persona during the course.

It's funny that out of all the professors I've had, this man is the only one who ever asked the class to vote for him in those school related things.
