"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING’ WINS ONE"

-Dan Gilbert
Cleveland Cavaliers Owner

I've been waiting to repost that quote for two years.

So... LeBron now has his first ring. The road ahead's not going to get any easier from here, but at least tonight they looked like a team when they most needed to. I hope Mike Miller can get conditioned up over the summer and avoid injuries next year, because if he can get back into that groove again in the future... next year may not quite be so bad.

Congrats to Miami, you could tell they really wanted it. Miller had a hot hand tonight, he was outperforming all the stars of OKC except for Durant. You know Cleveland fans had to be raging.

I feel bad for KD, he looked so sad. He outperformed everyone by miles except for LBJ, but his team just couldn't deliver for him. Oh well, time to go back to being bored until the fall!

"The energies of our system will decay; the glory of the sun will be dimmed, and the earth, tideless and inert, will no longer tolerate the race which has for a moment disturbed its solitude. Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."

never count out the spurs,

even if wcf is their ceiling, that's good enough for me, especially if some freak injuries or crazy matchups happen

4-0 in the finals baby.

One word: Yes. He's always been a thorn for LeBron and consistently one of the scariest players to get his hands on the ball in those big rivalry games. He's also one of the reasons the Celtics have stuck in there against LeBron-led teams, too, so the fact they're about to join forces is just simply great news (he also happens to be the only Celtic player I actually liked). All in all, the Heat just got a lot deeper,

Please Good Lord don't let Boston retire #20... We don't love you. Terry's better currently anyway.

Oh I remember you're missed three points against the Heat Game 7, being the main reason of losing that Game 2 Rondo game. But Thank you... Just don't expect you're gonna still be loved at Boston, like you think -@WojYahooNBA
Allen believes the capital he's built up playing for UConn and the Celtics would supercede signing with Miami. He's probably misjudged that.
